RETURN POLICY

We want you running with a Zippy Cup you love. If it's not the right fit, here's how returns work.

30-DAY WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date your cup is delivered to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately we can't offer a refund or exchange.

CONDITION

To be eligible, your cup must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Cups that have been

used on a run, washed, or separated from their clip and reel cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a trackable shipping service — we can't guarantee we'll receive your

returned item otherwise. The original shipping cost from your order is non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within

3–5 business days of receipt. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the credit to appear.

EXCHANGES

Want a different color? The fastest path is to return your unused cup for a refund and place a new order. This avoids delays while we confirm stock.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED CUPS

If your cup arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, that's on us — not you. Email us at zippycup@nanudalabs.com within 7 days of

delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement at no cost. Do not ship defective items back until we've confirmed — we may not need you to.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email zippycup@nanudalabs.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the address to ship to. Please don't send cups back without contacting us first — unannounced returns can get lost.

SALE ITEMS & BUNDLES

Discounted items and custom/club orders (25+ cups with printed logos) are final sale and not eligible for return.
